In our production process, we focus our environmental efforts in four main areas:
- Energy consumption – we fully prioritise projects, which are focused on energy saving. For year 2026 we approved projects:
- installing new LED light system in hall no 4
- installing new management system for AHU unit in hall1 to manage better operation and non-operation time
- Water consumption – water is main articel used in our paint shop. Due to this we focus main on paint shop and settled main long term targets
- on yearly base decrease water using 5% per yeach painted square meter
- rensure 5% of output water from paint process for other purposes
- as a short term target for 2026 we decided to exchange cooling tower, which reduce 40% of water input
- Waste / recycling – we are focused to use our raw materials and energy as wisely and economically as possible
- CO2 emissions – reduction of carbon footpring is the main goal and strategy of our company. Due to this we prepared several actions
- main long term corporate strategy is to reach carbon neutrality until 2050
- for supporting renewable energy we decided to purchase electricity only from green sources, quarentee carbon neutrality
- as short term plan in 2026 we decided to install new charging station for electric vehicle
- support planting of trees on our land or our surraunding and increase amount of trees by 10% on yearly base.

Safety is the backbone of a thriving manufacturing company. Setting clear safety goals is the firs step to ensure proper and safe working environment

To reach these goals we are doing plenty of activities and monitoring, which are settled on regular base. In addition we also prepare separate targets on yearly base according to approved bussiness plan

- increase light condition in hall4 by chnaging lights to LED
- installing new emergency lights in hall4 and hall2
- changing suction system in hall1 to ensure better air exchange

- All employees must not conceal, diminish, assist, or tolerate any misconduct or irregularities among employees. They should report such matters through the proper reporting procedures to contribute to the establishment of a sound corporate culture.
- All employees work towards creating a workplace where they can achieve pride and fulfillment through their work, and where all employees can work with trust.
- All employees, as members of the company, take pride and have a sense of self-esteem as representatives of the company. They actively lead in establishing a strong ethical consciousness and make their best efforts to maintain the honor and dignity of the company and its members.

Suggestion and whistleblowing
Reporting concerns about possible violations of ethical rules and laws or other internal regulations, protects our company, our employees and everyone who represents Donghee Slovakia.
If you have concerns about compliance with our company’s rules, please report it. You can report anonymously, but if you identify yourself, we can use your help to more effectively review the report. Your identity and the information you provide will only be shared to the extent necessary with those responsible for resolving the concern. Discretion and confidentiality of your identity are guaranteed. Retaliation or sanctions against anyone who reports a report in good faith or helps resolve such a report are absolutely prohibited. Whistleblowers who raise concerns, file reports or other complaints, or participate in clarifying reports and complaints may not be subject to retaliation (e.g. hostile, humiliating or intimidating treatment, disciplinary action, reduction in rating, limitation of nomination, salary increases, access to employee benefits, etc.)
